JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 4/5 of Explosive Substance Act.

Although, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and it is only stated that he was also along with other accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.04.2019 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33369 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019.
