The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner and others. The victim daughter of the informant was examined and she disclosed that Mukesh Kumar kidnapped her and took her to the house of his sister and the petitioner was with Mukesh Kumar.

The victim did not make any sorts of allegation against the petitioner except the fact that the petitioner was with Mukesh Kumar. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
