2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of a directing the writ of Mandamus official respondents to provide to the petitioner the certified copies of the return submitted by Late Raghubar Narayan Singh, father of the petitioner after the vesting of the Estate in the State of Bihar under the Bihar Land Reforms Act, the certified copies of the Draft Compensation Assessment roll and the certified copies of the entire order sheet relating to Compensation Case No. 35/60-61/ 34/70-71 (Raghubar Narayan Singh vs. The State of Bihar),

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.2, the Collector, Munger for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent, the Collector, Munger, who shall be looking into the matter and pass an appropriate order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
