Court of Sub-Judge IX, Gaya, has filed the present writ petition to direct the said court to grant certified copy of the entire order-sheet of the said case as also that of the written statement filed by the defendants in the said title suit.

The learned counsel appearing for the Hon'ble High Court, Sri Sanjeev Kumar, has submitted that in case, the petitioner approaches the learned District Court & files an appropriate application, needful would be done, expeditiously. Accordingly, the present writ petition
