2. The present application has been filed:

issuance of the contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.1689 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 proceeding against the concerned respondent's authority for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 27-7-2023 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy passed in C.W.J.C. no. 7344/2017 whereby and where under the writ petition has been disposed of with direction to the petitioner to filed a comprehensive representation before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram within a period of four weeks from today and further directed the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram to pass an appropriate / reasoned order within three months thereafter, the order of this Hon'ble High Court has not been complied with till today.

3. The prayer is for withdrawal of the petition.
