JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2022 After some arguments, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition but seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances regarding right, title and possession over the land in question appertaining to Khata no. 721, Plot no. 294 measuring an area of 8 Bigha 3 Katha 5 Dhurs situated at Mauza Barhoga Jadu Tola Sirisiya, Thana no. 15, Anchal-Goriakothi, DistrictSiwan, before the learned court below. Liberty so sought, is granted.

At this juncture, the learned Senior counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2349 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 petitioner seeks some protection for enabling the petitioner to approach the learned court below.

This Court deems it fit and appropriate to observe that status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained for a period of six weeks, in order to enable the petitioner to approach the learned court below.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
