Petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No.174 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and 30(a) (d) (e) (g), 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that the police got information during vehicle checking that this petitioner and Chunnu Paswan are dealing with duplicate liquor. Thereafter, police conducted raid near brick and asbestos house and apprehended the petitioner, who disclosed the name of Chunnu Paswan, who has managed to run away. Total 57.765 litres illicit foreign liquor along with raper of Royal Stag was recovered. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no

Petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.174 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
