JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is respondent in Jamabandi Cancellation Revision Case No. 19 of 2020 which is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger. Since Jamabandi Cancellation Revision Case is pending, the petitioner is being harassed and his possession is being threatened by one Ram Swaroop Singh i.e. Revisionist. Accordingly, his prayer is that Divisional Commissioner, Munger be directed to dispose the Jamabandi Cancellation Revision Case No. 19 of 2020 within a reasonable time frame.

Taking into consideration the fact that Jamabandi

Patna High Court CWJC No.9471 of 2022(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 Cancellation Revision Case is pending for the last two years before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger as such, Divisional Commissioner, Munger is directed to dispose the Jamabandi Cancellation Revision No. 19 / 2020 in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
