2. Registry is directed to make the necessary amendments in the cause title.

3. In the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 at Para-8 it is stated as under:

"That it is submitted that it appeared from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9179 of 2024(4) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 Vehicle Management System (VMS) and the Log-Book no. S041201089 that the aforesaid vehicle no. BR-19L-9549 was requisitioned by the Nodal Officer- cum- District Transport Officer, Saharsa on 21.04.2019. For the said vehicle a new Log Book no. S04190250 was opened by the Nodal Officer- cum- District Transport Officer, Samastipur on 24.04.2019 which was used for transportation of 71 Battalion SSB, a Para Military Force, during the Parliamentary Election 2019 and was finally released 21.05.2019 at Samastipur as at the last page of the Log Book the Commanding Officer of the 71 Battalion SSB had mentioned that they had returned to Samastipur. From the VMS and Log-Book the movement and use of the said vehicle appeared to be as follows:"

4. Having regard to the above made statement,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9179 of 2024(4) dt.08-09-2025 3/3 without going into the merits of demerits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the District Election Officer-cumDistrict Magistrate, Saharsa (Respondent No. 10) within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same and take necessary action after due verification for payment of the amounts due to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation given by the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
