ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 307,394,411 of the Indian Penal Code and 27,25(1b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Considering that the petitioner was arrested at the spot after committing heinous offence, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial after framing of charge for which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the concerned Superintendent of Police and he is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
