2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the entire E.P.F. contribution amount has been located at EPF Office, Muzaffarpur.

3. Regional Commissioner, Employee Provident Fund Office, Muzaffarpur must obtain the duly filled claim form from the petitioner at his own level by sending a competent officer to the residence of the petitioner for the reason that petitioner has grown old.

3. The Officer concerned so designated by the Commissioner must ensure that the forms are filled in the manner required for the expeditious payment of the E.P.F. amount to the petitioner within three days.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
