Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to assail the impugned order passed by the licensing authority whereby the petitioner's Licence No 94 of 2016 to run public distribution system shop has been cancelled, by filing an appeal. The order of the licensing authority was passed on

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the impugned order with an application seeking condonation of delay.
If any application seeking condonation of delay is filed, the same shall be liberally considered and decided on merit keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court by filing the present application.
