The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner along with Kranti Yadav and Bhullu Ram was arrested by the police on the allegation that they were preparing for committing dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2014 i.e. for about eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
