JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be goldsmith and some recovery has been made from his shop but admittedly, the seized articles were not put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.05.2015 and except the present case, there is no any other criminal case against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
