The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 307, 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 8.3.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 49543 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody for more than one year since 26.6.2021.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35850 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 vide aforesaid order of rejection dated 8.3.2022 together with the period in custody, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no. 323 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran.
