2. Affidavits have been filed today on behalf of both the Universities.

3. From the pleadings on record, it transpires that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid except for Deferred Dearness Allowance for the period 1982-89, which is to be paid by

Patna High Court CWJC No.8380 of 2017 dt.25-09-2018 2/2 L.N. Mithila University.

4. Learned counsel for L.N. Mithila University submitted that for making payment, the details and verification has to be made by the respondent no. 9, which now falls under B.N. Mandal University and communication to him has not been replied so far.

5. In view thereof, let B.N. Mandal University ensure that the request made by L.N. Mithila University to the respondent no. 9 is sent, if already not sent, latest within one week from today, failing which B.N. Mandal University shall start disciplinary proceeding against the respondent no. 9. Upon receipt of the information, L.N. Mithila shall ensure that whatever is required to be paid to the petitioner is paid to him within the next three weeks.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
