NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 28.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 14504/2016. He points out that no Sessions Trial no. has been allotted and the last paragraph of the said order granting bail be modified to the extent that the petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the Court below within a period of 08 weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, J.M. 1st class, Khagaria in connection with Gogri PS case no. 77/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
