2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of nature of Mandamus commanding the a writ in the Respondent direction to appoint the petitioner on the basis of acquired land by the Deputy Land Reforms Authority Rohtas for the purpose of construction of Railway line Ara-Sasaram;

(ii) for that the petitioner is entitle to any reliefs from the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4402 of 2018(5) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be pursuing the remedy before an appropriate authority/official relating to the grievance.

4. The respondents have no objection.
