Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 19.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57878 of 2018 and the allegation as per FIR is of kidnapping of the minor son of the informant and demanding ransom from the mobile . The petitioner was arrested from the place of recovery of the vicctim boy.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that recovery is from the public place and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody for one year and up till now the case has not been committed to the court of sessions. Other accused persons having similar allegation have been granted bail by the J.J.B..

No.32350 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conduct it on regular basis so that it may be concluded as soon as possible.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
