JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- 1(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the State respondents to remove encroachment from the private land of the petitioner measuring total area 16 decimal appertaining to Khata No. 03, Khesra No. 687 area-8 decimal respectively situated in villageRup Narayan, P.S. Mahnar, District-Vaishali. (ii) To direct the State respondents to remove the encroachment from the private land of the petitioner duly mentioned herein before in which land in question has been encroached by way of doing brick

(iii) To direct the State respondents to get the land in question measured and demarcated by the Anchal Amin subject to payment of deposit of measurement cost."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to pursue such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
