2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 74, 75 and 79 of the B.N.S. and Sections 66(C ), 66(D) of I.T Act and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, along with the other accused persons is alleged to have blackmailed the victim and threatened to make her video viral.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the victim in her statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35653 of 2026(4) dt.28-07-2026 2/2 has stated that she was in a relationship with the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.11.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statement of the victim girl that she was in a relationship with the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Court of POCSO -cum- District and Additional Sessions Judge VII, Bhagalpur /concerned Court below in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2025.
