2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of a appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for the following relief(s):- (i) For direction to the respondent Bihar Staff Selection Commission (Hereinafter "The

Patna High Court CWJC No.9963 of 2020 dt.07-01-2022 2/2 Commission") to consider the petitioner against the vacant post advertised as out of 70 vacancies advertised the commission recommended the name of 65 candidates and as such the remaining 5 vacancies have not been filled up up-till now.

(ii) For grant such other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Respondent-Commission is hereby directed to issue endorsement about non-filling up of 5 vacancies out of 70 vacancies for the post of Mixer (Mishrak), be made known to the petitioner. If the Commission intends to fill up unfilled vacancies, necessary action shall be taken in accordance with law. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
