The petitioners, two in number, seek bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 384, 385 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

The informant alleged that some unknown persons took his mobiles and, later on, handed over a slip demanding ransom. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Names of the petitioners figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Thereafter, the police is also said to have recorded the confessional statement of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 14.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31629 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in Sakurabad P.S.
