Learned counsel for the State-respondent informs the Court by filing a counter affidavit that the entire post retiral dues of the petitioner have already been sanctioned by the Stateauthorities and the matter of payment of the post retiral benefit is pending with the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna, who is not party to this writ application.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to
