The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No.29 of 2019 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the injuries do not stand testified by the fact that there was no injury report and the entire occurrence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33487 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 was not premeditated and had occurred on the spur of the moment, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No.29 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
