2. The petitioner has filed a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 20735 of 2019, wherein, the petitioner has claimed his date of joining to be 04-06-2019. Pursuant to an order passed on the petitioner's Service Appeal No. 304 of 2015 the Collector has accepted the petitioner's joining from a later date being 0302-2020.

3. The issue, therefore, in the instant writ petition, is substantially the same, being the correct date of joining of the petitioner, pursuant to order dated 22-04-2019 passed in Service Appeal No. 304 of 2015.

In the circumstances, it is surprising as to why a fresh writ petition has been filed assailing the order of the Collector with respect to the petitioner's date of joining in compliance of order dated 22-04-2019 passed in Service Appeal No. 304 of 2015.Filing of the instant case, as per this Court's observation, is nothing but unwanted multiplicity of litigation in respect of substantially the same cause of action.

5. The application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to bring these facts on record in the earlier pending writ proceedings.
