The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended and from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with five live cartridges was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2014. Similarly situated coaccused Bablu Yadav has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
