The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant, but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and disclosed that she has already solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The victim is a major lady.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Amas P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015.
