The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The informant's father Krishnanand Mandal made a statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which he disclosed that his deceased son was found in the company of Tuntun Mandal, Vikram Mandal, Deepak Mandal and Santa Mandal (petitioner) but there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The dead body of his son was recovered. Co-accused Vikram Mandal and Dipak Kumar Mandal have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30525 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachhia in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 17 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 259 of 2015.
