It has been submitted at Bar that counsel for the petitioner is ill, therefore, time may be granted. The present writ petition has been filed only to pay the G.P.F. amount to the petitioner with the statutory interest which was not paid.

Learned counsel for the State submits that as per instruction, all the G.P.F. amount with statutory interest has already been paid to the petitioner, as such no grievance of the

In view of the submission, this writ application is disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner that in case it has been found that any of the due is still left, he shall be at liberty to represent before the G.P.F. Officer (Respondent no.4) relating to his G.P.F. amount and respondent no.4 shall pass order on his representation within four weeks. With this direction, this writ application is disposed off.
