2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 185 of 2022 arising out of Murar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 registered under Sections 302, 342, 120(B), 34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 56457 of 2023 which reads as follows:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2023 arising out of Murar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 registered for the offence under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40000 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 Sections 302, 342, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the deceased has been shot by the accused persons.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner when the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed.

5. No ground for review is made out.
