BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 12-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For Setting aside the order contained in Letter No. 896 dated 07.07.2020, issued by the District Programme Office, Rohtas, Sasaram, whereby the selection of the petitioner on the post of Sevika, Anganbari Centre, Nemuda, Ward No. 4, Panchayat Baksada has been cancelled without even issuance of show cause.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10863 of 2020 dt.12-01-2022 2/2 (ii) The petitioner further prays that after setting aside the order of termination of the petitioner and she may be reinstated in service all consequential benefit.
(iii) For any other relief for which the petitioner may be deemed entitled to."
The appellate authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's appeal and decide within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after due affording opportunity of such of those persons whose rights are likely to be effected.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
