Petitioners are named in the first information report on the basis of suspicion raised against them on account of previous enmity. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.Case No. 29 of 2015.
