JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation. From para-5, 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit coupled with Annexures-A, B and C, it is evident that other dues have already been cleared but, certainly, after filing of this writ petition. From para-8, it is evident that on account of slackness at the end of petitioner in claiming the EPF, as he has failed to claim the same uptil now. Consequent thereupon, the same has not been granted.

That being so, directing the petitioner to claim EPF

Patna High Court CWJC No.2626 of 2018(6) dt.01-06-2020 2/2 under required format whereupon the authorities concern will allow the same within a reasonable time preferably within three months in accordance with law. In likewise manner, if there happens to be any grievance at the end of petitioner with regard to calculation having under Annexures-A, B and C, then in that event, will be at liberty to approach the authorities concern with a definite, cogent grounds.

In terms thereof, instant writ petition stands disposed of.
