It is indicated that if the petitioner prefers appeal against the said order within one month from today, the Appellate Authority shall liberally consider any application filed by the petitioner for condonation of delay in preferring appeal and decide the appeal on merits preferably within three months from the date of the receipt/production of a copy of this order. This disposes of the application.
