2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the matter of the petitioner was under consideration of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4296 of 2018, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.14057 of 2021(3) dt.24-09-2024 2/3 16.01.2019 with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Saran (respondent no.8). In compliance of the order dated 16.01.2019, the petitioner filed applications on 20.06.2019 and 25.09.2020 before the respondent no.8, but till date no order has been passed by the concerned respondent.

In such view of the matter, I deem it proper and in the interest of justice to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Saran (respondent no.8) along with a copy of the order dated 16.01.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4296 of 2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondent no. 8 is well-advised to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of filing of any such representation by the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel.

4. It is made clear that the respondent nos. 8 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
