2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan P.S.Case No. 635 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 4 pistols and 10 cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2023. It appears that the petitioner is an arms dealer.

5. Considering the huge recovery of arms, this bail application is dismissed.

6. The Superintendent of Police, Siwan is directed to produce the witnesses on the date fixed.

7. The District Judge, Siwan is directed to get the case committed and get the trial expedited.
