2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghurna P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 118 Kg of Ganja.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery of the contraband, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
