Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the order dated 20.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46969 of 2014 and in view of the report of learned trial Court vide Letter No. 341 dated 7.8.2015, the petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2014 arising out of Daraunda (M. H. Nagar) P. S. Case No. 145 of 2013 with following conditions:-
1. The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31931 of 2015 (3) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 other offence.
2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
