====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 04-01-2023 Heard Mr. Jagjit Roshan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Abhanjali, learned AC to GA 12 for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of present writ application, petitioner has received his retiral dues in part. According to the petitioner the group

Patna High Court CWJC No.14084 of 2021(3) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 insurance, leave encashment and the statutory interest on G.P.F. & gratuity have not been paid. He also submits that his service was extended for the period of one year on honorarium basis, during that period the petitioner is entitled for the remuneration but only part payment has been made of the said period. Learned counsel for the State has filed counter affidavit and submits that major portion of retiral dues to the petitioner has already been paid.

Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Madhubani, who shall decide the claim of petitioner afresh and if found any due, make the payment to petitioner within 90 days from the date of submission of his fresh representation.

With this direction, the writ application is disposed off.
