The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties with allegation on both sides and that the petitioners having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33202 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.
