The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 247/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 12 POCSO Act & 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. The police raided Mahima Guest House and recovered some boys and girls. One Sagupta Praveen disclosed that she used to supply girls in the hotel and guest house. The petitioner is the owner of the Guest House.

It is submitted that except the statement of Sagupta Praveen there is no evidence against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31816 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge I-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 247/2015.
