In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 2.6.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015 by which cognizance was taken under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing the parties, this Court is not satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points at an appropriate stage. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
