2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"That this writ application is being filed for reinstant the petitioner on the post of Peon in Department of Local Area Engineering Organization, Division -2 Bagaha, as the petitioner was dismissed from the Service without any reason AND/OR pass such any order / orders, direction / directions, writ / writs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

2. Petitioner has not furnished material information so also order of termination.
3. It is learnt that petitioner is stated to have been appointed through private organization namely M/s Bright Intelligence & Security Services, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable as there is a contract between the petitioner and the aforesaid Agency. If he has any grievance, he has to raise dispute before the appropriate forum and not under Article 226 of the Constitution.
4. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
