2. Service of notice to 10th respondent is dispensed since no adverse order is passed.
3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the Respondents, Specially to the Respondent No. - 6 to pass an appropriate order upon the pending representation / appeal (Annexure-5) of the petitioner or a fresh application after hearing the parties. II. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents to cancel/reject/Exclude the name of respondent no. 9 from merit list whose name has been placed at Sl. No. -1 on the basis of forge and fabricated matriculation certificated, and accordingly, complete the selection process which is abeyance since 2018.
III. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent to provide Advantage of her experience of Angna School to the petitioner and appoint him on the post of Anganbari Shevika at Centre no. 328, Ward No. -7 under Gram Panchayat Raj Inay, Block Baheri, District- Darbhanga. IV- Further, for issuance of such other appropriate order(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's memorandum of appeal (Annexure-5) within a period of three months after giving ample opportunity of hearing to the 10th respondent and petitioner from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
