JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner and some co-accused were caught with stolen vehicle for which Baruraj P.S.Case No. 118 of 2014 was registered and after that petitioner was remanded in the present case.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Baruraj P.S.Case No. 118 of 2014 and similarly some co-accused of the present case having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33199 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.205 of 2014.
