Petitioner is named in the first information report but it would appear from perusal of the first information report itself, that petitioner raised some grievances in respect of construction of school building and after that, present case has been lodged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani.
