JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown persons. The name of the petitioners have appeared in the confessional statement of the co-accused Virendra Paswan. The petitioners have been in custody since 24.10.2014 but till now they have not been put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32138 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Samastipur in S.T. No. 242 of 2015 arising out of Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 341 of 2012 with the following conditions :

1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
