2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No 298 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 364, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though, as per the FIR, the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased but the informant, who is the mother of the deceased, has turned hostile.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
