JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased. The impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge reveals that death of the deceased was unnatural but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the husband of the deceased has already been sent to judicial custody and the younger brother in law of the deceased has been admitted to anticipatory bail by this Court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jyoti
